Destiny 2, the sequel to Destiny, was released on September 6th 2017. This game is being called the “most ambitious video game that developer Bungie has ever created.” Destiny 2 takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity’s last safe city has fallen and its survivors must fight to reclaim their home. The story begins with the player, a Guardian of the last city on Earth, left as one of few who are able to defend what remains.
The game wasn’t a hit at first, but after the Foresaken update, the game reclaimed what it deserved and hasn’t dropped from the top 10 steamcharts list ever since. The game now gets consistent updates full of weekly and monthly content drops. There is a new season every third month that brings a lot of content, new raids, weapons, quests and a lot more.
